Recover data when E2E encrypted but decrypted on mobile device

app version: 2.3.4

My scenario:

  • E2E encryption enabled and forgot password
  • I have DECRYPTED notes on my android smartphone.

Can I somehow take the decrypted notes, store them somewhere and add them to another sync point? Does anyone know how this is done?
