What issue do you have?

I know it’s an unofficial app, but I wanted to let you know that there is currently no portable version of Joplin 3.7 available. This means synchronization is no longer possible.

I cannot install the official version because it is a work device and I don’t have admin rights. A Microsoft Store version would be nice.

Could you report this on the PortableApps forum? They maintain it and there's a good chance they'll update it at some point
