Strange. Works fine for me in 1.7.6 and earlier 1.7.x versions.

Same here, Win 10 64-bit (just checking you're using 64-bit version as I believe there are some things that don't work in 32-bit).
Yes, Win 10 64 bit. The Quick Links installed easily from the search but doesn't seem to work. Just for kicks I restarted the computer and that didn't help either.
Just tried with 1.7.6 portable - works ok, though I'm on Windows 8.
Can you open dev tools (Help - Toggle Development Tools) and see if there are any errors in console?
These are always there, are there any errors? (Will be in red)
Also - do other plugins work?

I do not see any errors (nothing marked in red or "error.")
I installed the plugins Favorites and Outline and when they are enabled I see the panels they create. I have not actually done anything with them as I want the screen real estate more than the plugin functions right now.
