What issue do you have?

I was using Joplin version 3.0.x for a while and eventually updated to the newest version 3.1.23. So I am not sure in which version it first occured but I have the problem, that PDF files of some notes do not show a preview sometimes. I need to reopen the note to make it visible by a chance. Sometimes I need to reopen the note multiple times to make the preview possible. And for some notes, it never works kind of. I never had this problem before.

I will post screenshots of an example. In this example note, I have a book as a PDF, while in one example the PDF preview is shown, and in the other case, only a black screen can be seen.

I also noted that another person had the same problem: I'm confused about why some pdf notes get rendered and some don't
