Payment mistake (Joplin Cloud)

Good day! Payment for my subscription occurred today with the wrong card. But for some reason, this account is not in the payment history. Can I cancel the debit and repeat it from another card? This will not be useful to you, but according to the rules, I will indicate that the application version is 2.11.11 on Windows
