Joplin Cloud - retrying failed payment

Hello! Can somebody help me with payment issue? My card has expired and I got the message.

Your account is disabled for the following reason(s):

* Failed Payment (Warning) on 15 Dec 21 13:00:00 (UTC)

Please check the [help section]( for further information or contact support.

I added a new active card, but Joplin Cloud still wound't take my money until the end of the billing period on Jan 7, and the sync still don't work.
