Joplin Cloud. Never received confirmation email after signing up with credit card

I signed up for an account with Joplin Cloud and handed over my credit card info. Still have not received any confirmation email with login credentials. I'd really prefer if my credit card info wasn't in the hands of Joplin if they cannot even provide the service. I know it's new but can you at least delete my payment info? Also, I read on another forum some people who went days without receiving the confirmation email so it's not just me.

Deutsche Telekom is blocking Joplin Cloud's emails at the moment, which has caused a few issues because unfortunately many people use their service. But anyway I've sent you a PM - if you can let me know your email I can check.

Ok. That makes sense. I didn't see anything about that issue.
