What issue do you have?
Okay, I want to start this off by saying I am sure this is not the correct place for this at all and I'm sorry for that! I can't access my Joplin account as I am taken to a 502 page whenever I try to sign in and I can't for the life of me find a contact page for anyone working on Joplin. I know it's an open source project so it's not like there is an HR or something, I get that. Long story short, I tried a free trial and forgot to cancel it so I just got charged $30 which is totally my fault. Would it be awesome if I could get it back since I have no intent to use Joplin at all, let alone the cloud sync? Yes. But I completely understand that is 100% my fault for forgetting so I'm not at all expecting that. Nonetheless, I do still want to get into my account so I can cancel it and not continue to get charged. If anything, I just have a year of Joplin cloud lol but again — I still want to deactivate my account or at least get my card off of there. It'd be nice to not have to completely cancel my card just for one subscription so if anyone has any idea on how to either get ahold of someone who can help me access my account or I guess anyone 'in charge' I'd greatly appreciate it! Sorry for junking up the forums with something like this since it's not like.. actually pertaining to Joplin in and of itself. I feel like this is kind of more an 'accounting' thing than a tech support question xD
Nonetheless, I think Joplin is awesome! It's just not the right fit for me so if anyone could help in anyway, I'd really appreciate it!
