What issue do you have?
When I change the style of multiple lines on a large ordered list (e.g. bold multiple lines) in the rich text editor, items with numbers >99 lose their space character after dash thereby breaking the ordered list.
Animated gif and screenshot after the edit attached.

Your list items from 100 onwards appear not to have a space after the full stop.

Yes, that is the effect of the bug. They have the space prior editing. Bolding multiple lines in rich-text-editor removes that space for items >99. You can glimpse at the list items >99 in the gif, they are displayed correctly.
Then I cannot duplicate your problem as when I typed return after item 99 Joplin automatically entered 100. (with a space after) for my next entry.

The problem I am observing is something else, I don't think I was clear enough.
If I highlight multiple items in a long ordered list in the rich text editor, and then make them bold; THEN the list breaks after >99. Are you able to see the GIF I attached? The initial list in that GIF is intact, but breaks when I highlight multiple items and make them BOLD.

Apologies. I missed the fact that this only occurs after an edit in the rich text editor (RTE).
