What issue do you have?
I have signed up for a trial subscription on 2025-04-17. This is fine, I have access, and I want to continue it.
On 2025-04-27 I signed up (on Stripe) for an additional subscription. As it said 'Invoice Information' I filled in the same email as my first subscription. I did not get any information or option to access this new subscription. Therefore I cannot cancel it.
Please advise how I should cancel my second subscription (as you have my credit card information and threaten to auto install a yearly subscription). And please do not tell me to log in and cancel it, as I do not have access to this account, as mentioned.
