What issue do you have?
I received no notification that my subscription was going to renew on today's date. The subscription renewed at a much higher rate than expected, so I canceled it in my account. However, it cancels next year, as the subscription renewed. I wish to have the subscription canceled immediately and the charge refunded back to my credit card.
