What issue do you have?
I thought I had cancelled my subscription already in april. Got a message the other day that there was a failure to bill me. I went to the billing site and cancelled again. Now it's trying to bill me again... As there is no email and no way to contact support regarding billing, well, here I am. How do I make the system understand I don't want the subscription? Is it done through stripe?
Usually that happens when the user creates multiple subscriptions with different emails and forgets about one of them. I'm sending you a PM.
Edit: Or, more likely, the subscription had already been renewed, then you cancelled, but that was too late for the current cycle and the current invoice is still due
