What issue do you have?

I installed Joplin on Linux Mint Cinnamong Zena, everything worked fine until I wanted to execute the App again, it did open but i had to force quit because it wasn't loading. Now I can't even execute it, is there a way to fix it? I just have to open it. I tried also to dowload it again, but the dowload failed multiple times.

Is it showing in the taskbar area?

You could probably restart or try to do pkill -i joplin in the terminal.
