What issue do you have?
My tablet somehow got totally confused yesterday: hundreds of notes ended up in "Conflicts"!
I did a search and found this article:
How to fix synchronisation issues and start over
Under Mobile, I found these instructions:
- Delete the app
- Reinstall it
- Synchronise
I'm not sure about iDevices. On both my Android Tablet and Phone, there is another option that is very quick and easy to use!
Under Settings > Apps > Joplin > Storage, there are 2 options:
- Clear Data
- Clear Cache
I chose "Clear Data" and confirmed that I really wanted to delete all data (including "all files, settings, accounts, databases, etc.").
When I restarted Joplin, I had to reconnect to Joplin Cloud ... and my notes started being added back to my tablet!
Can you add this as an option to your article @Laurent?
