What issue do you have?
2.14.19 is the Joplin Android app version.
My new phone is running Android 14. I sync Joplin from Win 11 laptop to my phone and tablet. The tablet and old phone used Android 11 and always synced pretty well (one or two items wouldn't sync). But on the new phone all of my notes synced but NOT the folders. Which is unworkable as I organize mostly by folders.
I could not find anything called just "storage permission" on the new phone (Samsung Galaxy A25). I see that there is storage space being used by Joplin , as total of 116 MB for app, data, and cache. But I don't see any way to grant further permission. I tried "all permissions" and can get permission definitions but not access to turn anything else on.
Within settings / apps / Joplin App it's noted that Location and Notification are allowed.
