What issue do you have?

Behaviour started in v 3.03 on Ubuntu 23.10 and now Ubuntu 24.04 desktop
If I select a Note from the All Notes view and edit using Rich Text editor ( e.g. delete a few character s of text in title or body text) the Note completely disappears from view and also rom the All Notes folder view and Joplin RTE moves to next Note in the list. After a few seconds the partially edited note reappears in the All Notes view. Tried with a number of notes this behaviour only occurs if Note is selected from All Notes Folder and doesnt occur if the Note is selected from its Notebook folder. Attached is aquick screencast to show behaviour

thanks, it's a known issue of 3+ version, fix is about to be merged

Well, I have updated to 3.0.6 but I still have exactly the same issue: when I begin to edit a note, it just vanish. I need to select another "tag" in my notes list, then return to the tag associated with the vanished note to be able to see it again. But still can't edit it.

It seems yesterday that the issue was gone, as I could work after updating to 3.0.6 during a few hours, but after rebooting this morning the issue is back.

I am on EndeavourOS, with KDE and Plasma 6.

Below my configuration (I also have try without any plugin but it's the same).
Seems I need to downgrade back (again) to version 2.14.19

EDIT: Maybe not exactly the same issue: My note does not disappears from "All Notes", but from the list of "Tagged" notes. When I select the note from "All Notes" it works correctly. But when I select the same note from the list of a "Tagged Noted", then it diseappear.

EDIT2: When I select a note from a NOTEBOOK, it also woks OK (As in All Notes). The issue seems to appear only when I select the same file from a Tag.

I have exactly the same problem. Windows 11, JoplinPortable.
The note disappears as soon as I type a character and Joplin jumps to the next note.

I have also tested (Ubuntu 24.04) selecting a Note from Tagged Notes, apply a small edit, and the note disappears and moves to the next tagged note, and then reappears again a few seconds later. So same behavior, as it does happen when the Note is selected and edited from its notebook folder
Edit | just checked that this issue also occurs with Tagged Notes on v 3.0.6 Win11 Desktop also.

However the original issue with All notes is fixed for me on both Ubuntu and Win11 in v3.0.6
