What issue do you have?
I am self-hosting a Joplin server on a VPS (Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS on Linode/Akamai). I use Joplin Desktop (v3.0.1) on my Windows & Linux machines and the Joplin mobile app (v3.2.2) on my Android device. No external editors or other software are being used with Joplin, so everything is running stock since it's fine for my workflow.
The issue I am experiencing lately is some notebooks are not syncing, but I am getting no errors. The notebooks in question are all text only, so no additional files or media are being synced. I have ensured that my VPS is updated, rebooted, etc, but still cannot get all notebooks synced across all devices. Logging into the server as admin offers no additional information aside from management of my user account, which checks as correct. All app sync settings also check as correct and manually triggering sync results in a success message, despite the missing notebook, which is only visible on one of the Desktop clients (oddly, this is not the client said notebook was created on).
If anyone can offer suggestions on additional logs to check, things to test, etc. I'm pretty confused. My setup was working great for the first few weeks, then this syncing issue started.
Side note: I also tried to enable the dev console by adding flags.txt to the appropriate folder then restarting the Desktop app, but experienced no change.
