No Notebooks in Android and No ID on pdf in notes

Running Joplin 2.11.32 Database v42 on Android (Pixel 6). I'm synched to OneDrive. My Notebooks were imported from Evernote.

I can open my notes on my Windows desktop and open the PDFs inside without issue. On the Android app the Notes show up under All notes but nothing under Notebooks. When I try to open an attachment with a pdf I get a popup that says No item with ID and then a long random string.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a size limit on PDFs on Android?

My guess nobody but the dev can answer this question.
But I would add screenshots and logs to pin the problem down.
