Networkproblems to sync to to joplincloud

What issue do you have?

We have a team-account at joplincloud. One team member is in the separate network of school administration. In this network i can get https://joplincloud.com and login, but the connect to synchronization fails. Have you any ideas what I can check? Logfile is appended.
