Cant login in on widowns 11 or ubuntu when i try to set up sync with joplin cloud im on version 2.8.8 on ubuntu windows not sure whatever is current, it acts like nothing happens when i login in sync doesnt change or do what it used to, please help i love this app

This aspect of Joplin is not my strength but there are many on this forum with very technical knowledge.
However I'm not sure that there is enough information for someone to attempt to help you.
When you created this post under Support, the template suggested providing logs.
If you can also please provide a log, as described here: https://joplinapp.org/debugging
This would probably help a lot to try to determine what may not be working for you.
