I was wondering if there are any developers out there that have created or are in the process of creating any medical emojis which could be added to Notebooks.

As far as I know medical emojis (such as the following) can already be added to Notebooks. Are you looking for some other ones?

Yes, but the emoji style has changed i.e. the plaster is now blue
This normally depends on the font, which is used to display emojis. That's also why their look differs in each OS (e.g. see https://emojiterra.com/adhesive-bandage).
