Okay, let's talk about some to-do list.
I think we need to do something with this.
Because, I see that the to-do list is just stuck at the middle and not getting any improvement or adding new features to it.
Why?
If Joplin is taking notes app, so why do we need to-do list, if have already better options as TickTick and a lot of other apps?
The Joplin to-do list, is not a REAL to-do list, let be clear.
Maybe we should to remove the to-do list from the Joplin and make a Joplin only notes app?
I totally disagree, just because someone doesn't need an option or there are other programs who do the same and more. I use this option a lot and I don't need an extra program for what I use it for.
Swiping gestures for mobile would be a huge improvement for the daily management of to-dos. That's why I use Joplin for notes and CalDAV for tasks: on my Nextcloud in the browser and on the Reminders app for iOS. The management of due dates is far easier than with Joplin.
Evernote claims to integrate tasks with notes in a proper fashion, but that's just marketing IMHO. And Joplin supports tasks management out of the box, which apps like Obsidian don't. So keep up the good work and don't cut down on features - that's where I agree.
