Line / paragraph spacing, again

I've been looking for a way to reduce the line spacing in WYSIWYG editor. In vain, the topic has been discussed here, but no solution to my problem seems to have been given. In the Markdown editor Enter inserts a new line, in WYSIWYG Enter inserts two new lines. There may be some logic behind it that I'm just not aware of, I'm no expert at markdown, but I need to find a way to reduce that spacing to a single line in WYSIWYG, too. I assume it could be achieved by editing the CSS, but that is also beyond my capabilities without a step by step guide. Could anybody help, please?

Shift + Enter will insert a
instead of a

Great, that's it. Thanks a lot!
