One of the best feature of evernote web clipper is the multi select option on the web clipper . i would like to request the addition of this feature.
currently joplin allows full pages or single selected text but does not allow multiple selection but some times saving a single comment or a few section of a research paper requires saving multiple snippet but not the whole page.Letting user select specific section also allows the note to not get too cluttered .
Its useful for
- saving specific section of a research paper
- save a few section and image of articles
- save selected comments instead of a whole page
Nimbus and notesnook has this implemented
A extension called universal web clipper on github also has this although the firefox support seems off and a bit buggy and not updated regularly
