I am facing the same issue.

The hyperlinks within the same note works on iOS, but not on Windows (WYSIWYG editor or markdown editor)

While testing I found disabling Automatic Backlinks and Note Link System fixed the problem. The "double jump" appears to be caused by plugins that insert dynamic content into the note after it's initially displayed.

Indeed, Note Link System - so many problems I had with it already...
It was a good plugin. RIP.
