I can confirm this. It used to work. It doesn't work in the webclipper either, so it might be a bug with the "x-callbacks" in Joplin. I will test further.

It's a bit hidden: You need to download "joplin-sticky-notes-windows-latest.zip" and unzip it. Then you should have the executable.
