A few months ago, I'd run through setting up Joplin Server on my own server, and had read somewhere here that the latest tag wasn't working as expected. As a result, rather than joplin/server:latest, I'd understood I should specify a particular version, i.e., joplin/server:2.2.7-beta. Is this still the case, or is latest now working as the README says it should:
