What issue do you have?

With the newly-added canvas I am trying to do literature review on Joplin.

I have documents saved in my Zotero library, and I already added the link to the documents in the notes.

It would be nice if I could have the PDF view, just as with an internal PDF, also for these external links. Is this possible?
