What issue do you have?
When trying to set up custom keyboard shortcuts (with the latest Joplin version on Linux and a French AZERY keyboard configured as such) the keyboard mapping is incorrect, as the keys are not identified correctly. At the same time everything is working well in Joplin's editor and in other applications.
As a consequence setting up new keyboard shortcuts is difficult.
