What issue do you have?
When I import via File/Import/MD markdown directory, files with attached jpg images import correctly UNLESS the title of the md file contains brackets like . In that case, the created note shows a stylized landscape icon, but the icon isn't active.
Turns out I have hundreds of notes in another manager that I'd like to import into Joplin, but I frequently used brackets in their titles.
I can reproduce this problem by taking a file with an image that imports correctly and adding [some text] to its title. Both screenshots are imports of the same image, only the text differs.
