If you right click on the note and select Export => PDF, does it work?

I have the exact same two problems: no printing and no PDF file. I tried the safe-mode approach but it didn't help either of the problems.

I tried 3.3.12 on Linux. There the printing works for the same note I tried to print on Mac.
