How do I print a markdown note with the Android app? I can share to Samsung Print Service Plugin but that is only printing the source code. There does not seem to be an obvious Export button. I suspect I am missing where to find the menu.

Printing and exporting is only available on the desktop app.
Are there any plans to support exporting from the Android app?
Not that I’m aware of. @laurent have you ever considered adding that on mobile?

There is a workaround for this that I have tested and it works for me just fine.
In the Google Play App Store there is another Markdown app called Markor. Markor has a print feature.
If you install Markor and then go into Joplin, go to a note, click the share icon, share it to Markor, and import it into Markor, you can then print it through the Markor print feature. Markor is a Markdown program so it maintains all of your Markdown formatting.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Thanks for sharing this workaround. That works well for pure text based markdwon. If the note includes images, Markor can't handle that.
I did not realize that it won't do pictures but it's the best I could think of.
It'll get you more printability than you have now at least.
It's entirely possible there's another Markdown app in the Google Play Store that has a print feature and will work with pictures. I just don't know what it's called.
I have a few other Markdown apps installed. I'll see if one of them has a print feature and test it with pictures.
THERE IS A SOLUTION IT'S JUST NOT FREE.
I subscribe to or pay for Joplin Cloud services, where you can publish a note to the web. If you publish a note to the web, even from your phone, it can go into a web browser where you can print to a PDF file with pictures.
If you absolutely need pictures and printing, for a few dollars a month, I think. I pay $6 a month. You can have Joplin Cloud and share to go to a PDF via the web browser by publishing to the web. I think there's a $3 plan too. It's about €3.
Oh and one more thing.
For notes that you would like to export into a Markdown file and that don't also have pictures, sharing them with Markor will give you (in your file system on your phone) a Markdown file that you can do anything you want with and perhaps even print it.
