How to stop joplin from scrolling up when i switch to another note?

What issue do you have?

Whenever i switch to another note, the scroll wheel just keeps scrolling up. have no clue why because im always at the bottom of the notes whenever i switch. any way to fix this? it gets really annoying when im trying to switch btwn two diff really long notes

Are you using the markdown or rich text editor? Also, try disabling all plugins and see if that helps

this might be because joplin scrolls to where your cursor was when you switch to a note, not where your last scroll position was

so if you're looking at a note and your cursor is on the 1st line, you scroll to the bottom of that note (but don't move the cursor), then switch to another note and then back, the default scroll position will be at the top (where the cursor is)

no ive clicked at the bottom to put my cursor there and it still scrolls up whenever i switch, and i do it for both notes. it doenst scroll all the way to the top though, but still scrolls up quite a bit.

ok it seems like it was a plugin lol, turned them off and it fixed, i dont know why that didnt cross my mind. thanks yall for the help tho :sob:
