How to stop "fetched items" from syncing endlessly?

I encountered this problem after having an issue with 4MB on OneDrive.

I do not have notes more than 400KB. I deleted everything in the joplin-desktop and OneDrive.

I imported all notes using RAW import. Sync with OneDrive uploaded everything (notes, tags, ...).
But after that sync started to do "Fetched items" and do it endlessly. It can do that till 1000 fetched items, till 30000 fetched items and stops after error:

Each time the .md file is different.

I am so upset about it. I have been trying to fix the sync issue for 4 days.
