I can activate or English word corrector, or Spanish word corrector but i can't turn on both at once. Is it possible?

Unfortunately as far as I know it is not how majority of spell checkers (including Joplin's) work nowadays. There are some initiatives that achieved something like it but they are far from standardised solutions.
If you ever come across good implementation of such solution, let me know
