How to restore Joplin

Hello there, I have installed Joplin for mac, sync it with dropbox and then I remove it by running the command brew cask remove joplin.

After reinstalling it (brew cask install joplin) all my notes where still there, how can I remove all info/settings/notes I put in Joplin and restore it like it was installed for the first time?

The profile and local data can be found in ~/.config. The terminal/cli version has the data in ~/.config/joplin. Delete that dir and everything is gone.
