Opening Joplin seems to put a J icon in the top bar on a Mac. Can we turn this off? It crowds the top bar on all application menus. I'm not sure of the purpose of it and don't know of other apps that do this. Thanks.
Have you turned off Show tray icon in your application preferences?
It is there to allow Joplin to run in the background without a window so that your notes can still sync.
