How to re-initialize SQLite db?

What is the procedure to re-initialize the SQLite database on a machine?

I have two windows computers that synch with the same DropBox source. The one machine doesn't open Joplin anymore; the process starts, 3 other Joplin processes launch, then the CPU on the main thread goes to 20% and no GUI appears. I have installed the latest Joplin app on both machines, but it's only one that does respond. It appears that the SQLite db is somehow hanging the appearance of the Joplin GUI.

Joplin 1.3.18 (prod, win32)
Client ID: 348634c19a984fbc80460ee0b23c7d45
Sync Version: 2
Profile Version: 34
Keychain Supported: Yes
Revision: 6b75485a1 (master)

Only execute the steps if you have a backup and a sync target is configured:
No guarantee that this works without problems!

What should work, delete everything from %userprofile%\.config\joplin-desktop, %appdata%\AppData\@joplin\app-desktop and %appdata%\AppData\joplin\app-desktop.
After that restart the client and set up the synchronization again. It should now load all data from the sync target again.

Thanks JackGruber. I can find the joplin-desktop directory, but not the %appdata%\AppData\@joplin\app-desktop and %appdata%\AppData\joplin\app-desktop directories. Are those last two optional?

Possible yes, the last time i had also only the first directory.
But when I checked the directory for you, I had it additionally.

But in %userprofile%\.config\joplin-desktop is the db and the resources stored and this is what you want to resync.
