How to force Joplin to start minimized

Hello!

In mac there is an option from system preferences to hide an application when the operating system is started but I mark the "Hide" Joplin box but it always starts and the screen is shown when starting MacOSX.

Is there a way to force Joplin to start minimized on Mac?

Joplin version: Joplin 2.6.10

In the Joplin Preferences, there is an option where I can to mark "Force Joplin minimized"
