What issue do you have?

Hi,
I'm using a lot Gmail drafts to write some text and notes, and there is button I love : "remove formatting" to obtain my raw text (from full or partial text).

Now I'm using Joplin, I would like to do the same thing but I don't find any icon or button in the header to do such a thing. Could you tell me how to do please ?

Regards

I'm not aware of a "remove formatting" button in Joplin. However, it might be possible to achieve similar functionality using copy-paste:

  • Rich Text Editor: Select the text to remove formatting from, copy it, then right-click and select "paste as text".
  • Markdown Editor: Copy the text from the Markdown viewer, then paste it into the Markdown editor.
