How to change the color of text in a note

Hello,

what I am looking for, basically, is to change the color of certain sections of the text to a specific color, I have not found this option in the bar to customize the text (where it is bold italic etc)

is there any way to do this?

I am using windows 10 and the version is 1.3.18

Markdown does not support colours, but you can use HTML instead.

i see that markdown doesn't support colour, however joplin is a note-taking app, and it would be really helpful being able to add some way to change text colour, without using verbose html code. :slight_smile:

Any time line on when this can be added in the features of the note editor bar? i use colour all the time to emphasize areas in notes. i don't know or want to learn how to code in hmtl :wink: (or markdown for that matter.. lol i have enough on my plate)
