How do i install TimeTagger

What issue do you have?

Time tracking with TimeTagger.

Joplin Plugin: TimeTagger Plugin

After install and restart, 2 buttons appear in the upper right corner. “start” and ”stop”.

When i click on it... nothing happens.

is this broken?

AFAIK, TimeTagger can be run as a server on your own computer, or used as an online service. You can probably set in the plugin which of the two approaches you're using.
