Features -> chaining on # Headings
What I wish for is a tool that given a particular heading (say at first level “# Heading”) could produce a list/history of the notes with the same # Heading, or same combo of # Heading ## Subheading.
Say with links to those headings. Likely sorted.
The point here is to take notes in journal form, so the note for 2026-04-12 Sun has discussions about all manner of things on that day. Within which is say “# Goldfish” and the writings about the Goldfish trainging project are there. And “# GravityControl” has the notes about that project.
This tool could given one a running history (likely sorted latest top) of the “# Goldfish” project, and different one for the “# GravityControl” project. (The are intertwined in the journal…)
I see there’s a browsing history plug-in, but this is more a “history of a particular string” tool.
Does this exist?
Um, is there a way to dump the search results with date and pointers into a note or spreadsheet?
Or, could one call search with an api?
