HELP! Unchecked Fail-Safe/ New Webdav Link/ Notes Gone

Explanation
So I had syncing issues from my desktop to my iOS phone. I updated the webdav link and did not backed up my notes and just changed it to a new link. I know I'm an idiot and did not read the warning before changing the webdav. I unchecked the fail safe and wondered what it is. Then next sync all my notes are GONE on my Joplin desktop! Okay, good news I still have all my notes on my iOS phone. I already screwed up 'reupload local data to sync target and delete local data and re-download from sync target' I tried both these options already and my notes are not showing anymore, so I guess I fudged this up... Here are my questions.

Questions

  1. How can I export JEX from the Joplin iOS app?
  2. How can I sync the notes from my iOS to Joplin desktop?
  3. I disabled syncing on my phone because I'm afraid that the Joplin on my phone might sync to my desktop and I might lose everything, so how can I prevent that?
  4. Can I still retrieve all my notes in my current situation? Yes/No?

  2. Just use any other sync method that you've never used before. E.g. dropbox rather than a different webdav server. Joplin stores sync state per sync target type so as long as you've never synced with, say, dropbox, it'd be as if you're syncing for the 1st time. @laurent pls correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay on my phone I'll just input a new webdav EXCEPT Nextcloud 'cause I use Nextcloud. So I should use a cloud that I have never used before? Then the notes on my phone will sync to the new cloud?

I think you need something other than webdav.
