I sync to S3 from desktop Linux, IOS, and Android. Android and IOS had stopped syncing. I discovered that there is now a field for AWS Region, which on IOS and Android was blank. I also discovered that Android and IOS versions were newer and that I was running an old version of the Linux AppImage that didn't have the region field. After adding the region it worked again
