Joplin 1.0.216 (prod, darwin)
Revision: 4eb680d (master)
macOS - Mojave
Steps to reproduce:
- Search for any note
- Attempt to delete the note
There should be a delete button somewhere for the note
You have to edit the note to get it to be at the top of the notes, then select the note, right click and delete
Right-click the note in the search result list and click
Using command + G search, there's no way to click the note. What search result list are you talking about?
update: I guess I missed mentioning that I'm using command + G
I was talking about global search:
Cmd + Shift + F
Goto Anything... is meant to switch to another note quickly. There’s no way to delete the note in that way and there are currently no plans to create a toolbar icon to delete a note.
But maybe this is something that can be added to the custom keyboard shortcuts list.
If selecting the note actually go the note selected in the list, then command + backspace would work to delete the note
update: it’s getting selected, but I think all that’s needed is to scroll to the right entry in the note list.
