Feature Request: Send Joplin to tray by Escape-key

Do you have the File -> Close Window menu item? If so, you can just use the shortcut editor to define Esc as the shortcut.

P.S.: I'm using macOS, so I don't know all menu items for Win/Linux. Some differ.
