Feature Request: Copy all tags to a new note

I often use the same tags for new notes. So, it would be nice to mark all tags from an old note and copy them to the new note.

I installed the plugin and I tried to copy the tags from the template to the newly created note but I couldn't do it.

I selected copy all tags being in the template note and then Template dialog on the new note, but it was empty. What did I do wrong?

Btw. it's called Tagging now, if anybody searches for it.
