What issue do you have?

When I try to open some old notes (e.g. before 2020), I found these notes got updated automatically, but I did not modify anything.

It indeed shouldn't do this. Do you use any plugin?

No I dont. It's strange but I can provide steps to reproduce:

  1. use latest version of Joplin for Desktop (Windows, portable version), without any plugins enabled
  2. import the attachment by 'ENEX - Evernote Export File (as Markdown)'
  3. open any other note, then open this imported note
  4. update time of this note will be refreshed
