What issue do you have?

I had some issues on my Linux. laptop - now all my notebooks have been duplicated across all devices, but only one version is being updated.
Would the easiest cleanup be to manually delete the original notebooks, or is there a quicker method?
Also what can I do to prevent this in future?

Did you import a jex backup of your notes at some point? Doing so would duplicate any notes which already exist in your profile.

There is no quicker alternative to manually deleting the duplicates unfortunately, unless you attempt to hand craft some kind of script
